Early edition stool KM05 by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, 1950

[SOLD] Iconic steel wire stool by Dutch designer Cees Braakman for Pastoe, the Netherlands. Very attractive and forerunner in minimal design. From the 'Wire series', an early edition.
 
Totally unmessed with, original black paint with the odd paint scuff/chip around the edges (which even makes it more irresistable). It still contains its soul from 65 years ago when it was fabricated. Fresh from an elderly lady owner (92 years) who used it behind the desk of her Poul Cadovius wall unit.
 
A rare opportunity to own a piece of unmolested design history!
