Set of sidetables Isocèle by Max Sauze, France 1970
[SOLD] These graphical sidetables never seize to impress. From every angle their minimalistic and clever design seems to simplify the world of architecture. Stunning to look at it creates balance in every room. Designed by Max Sauze, manufactured by Atrow in the1970's.
Max Sauze is a French sculptor and artist. He developed new forms and innovative techniques for his products. He was born in Alger in 1933 and first studied at the school of fine arts in Alger and then at the famous Camondo school in Paris. He moved to Aix en Provence where his career took off. He started to work with aluminum and searched for new geometric forms. At the end of the 1960s, Sauze had great sucess all around the world. Several exhibitions with his products have been organized in Paris: in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, at the Centre Pompidou and at the Palais de la Découverte.
These three "Isocèles" are in near mint condition. Difficult to repeat!
