Sculptural sideboard by Henning Kjærnulf (attr.), 1950

Originating from Denmark and often described as designed by Henning Kjærnulf. However, there is no solid proof of this although the design language is recognisable. 
 
The design oozes high-quality in solid oak. This model features four sliding-doors with very distinct carvings. The interior is equipped with drawers and shelves. The use of natural materials, well-conceived proportions, intricate carvings, and the high-level of craftsmanship, makes this a desirable piece of mid century Danish design furniture.
