Pair of SET chairs by Marcello Siard for Brevettato

[SOLD] A rare set of two sculptural chairs produced by Brevettato for the Collezioni Longato in 1969. They are designed by Marcello Siard (Italy, 1939). This model is officially designated as model "1050" or "SET".
 
They are finished in a very stylish high gloss egg shell white.  The shape is very fluent, while sitting on four meaty legs. From all angles an interesting design and very comfortable. Part of the collection of the MoMa and the Galleria d'Arte Moderna.
 
In very good condition with only light user marks on the seats, all floor gliders present. No chips or cracks in the plastic. Marked at the underside of the seats. Cleaned and polished. Ready to be enjoyed!
