Lounge chair F444 by Pierre Paulin for Artifort, 1960

[SOLD] Iconic lounge chair by Pierre Paulin (1927-2009), designed in 1963 for Artifort. Stunning sculptural shape in polished steel with thick saddle leather seat and back.
 
It is hard to find an original and well kept F444 in this magnificent condition. Mostly the leather is worn and torn but this one is still intact with a beautiful patina. Finished in tan leather with a great shine.
 
The leather is in great condition, all stitching in top shape, clean. The polished steel frame is still very good. Totally original and not messed with, from a lovely collectors couple.
 
Hard to find in this pleasant tan colour and in such a fine condition!
