Large floor lamp Clan by Studio 6G for Guzzini, 1968

Impressive table lamp Clan (large), designed by Studio 6G for Harvey Guzzini in 1968. This is an early edition with the white pvc base.
 
The Clan floor lamp also exists as a pendant lamp (Bud), a flush mount, a tall standing floor lamp (Flash) and a table lamp (small Clan) produced from 1968 to 1972). Here we have the much rarer largest version.
 
The white base holds a large acrylic sphere in a gradient orange/brown colour. The sphere can be pointed in different directions. This lamp emits a wonderful light from the globe itself as from the white lens on top.
 
Switch in the cord. It holds a E27 bulb (LED or conventional). The lamp is in excellent condition with no cracks. Not easily repeated!
