Globe D2000.20 by Frank Ligtelijn, Raak Amsterdam 1960's

[SOLD] Floorlamp Globe D2000.20 designed by Frank Ligtelijn and produced by the famous Dutch manufacturer Raak, Amsterdam. This is an early example of the Globe, recognisable by the colour of the base (no polished parts) and the design of the ring to adjust the height. And if you find this "nerdy talk" you can just enjoy the sheer beauty of this clean design! In a smoke glass ball sits an aluminium reflector. The glass ball balances in a chrome ring and can be moved around freely in any direction. The height is easily adjustable. The floor switch complements the originality of this design piece.
