Lamp Boalum by Castiglioni & Frattini for Artemide

Lamp Boalum by Castiglioni & Frattini for Artemide

[SOLD] Designed in 1970 by Livio Castiglioni and Gianfranco Frattini, for Artemide and defined by the architectural magazine Domus as "a snake of endless light", it immediately became part of the history of Italian and - in broader sense - of global design. Its structure in translucent reinforced flexible PVC makes it virtually indestructible. It emits a wonderul diffused light and thanks to its playful design it can be used on the ground or on a table or sideboard, hung or twisted to invent new games of light.

Boalum is part of numerous collections of design museums, starting with the Museum of Modern Art in Philadelphia and the Museum of Italian Design in Milan.

In excellent condition. All lamps are working, no damages. Marked.
