Diabolo by Jo Hammerborg, Denmark 1965

[SOLD] Stylish floor lamp Diabolo designed by Johannes Hammerborg and manufactured by the Danish Fog & Mørup in the 1960's. Typical Danish design with it's clean lines and clever construction. The proportions of the big diabolo shaped shade are fantastic. Bulbs in both sides of the shade make it a reading lamp as well as an uplighter. The original floor switch has four options: off, downlighter, uplighter or both sides on. It's adjustable in height from about 150 - 200cm and the shade sits on a ball joint so it can be angled in many positions. In fully working order. Some very minor user marks and a tiny dent in the black base plate. Near perfect condition.
