Bust Christian Dior, France 1952

[SOLD] Elegant bust designed for Christian Dior to be used at the introduction of the long sleeved ladies glove in 1952 (as part of their strategy "New Look" which started in 1947). This bust was used by authorised Dior shops such as Harrods, Galeries Lafayette, Le Bon Marché, Hirsch Amsterdam, Kühne The Hague etc.). A significant piece of haute couture history.
 
In very good condition, no remake or repaint and no touch ups. Only very very minor signs of age.
