Pair of armchairs by Sven Ellekaer for Coja, 1960

[SOLD] Two arm chairs designed by the Danish Sven Ellekaer (1926-1984) for Coja, Culemborg in the 1960's. Finished in a beautiful dark green leather with a stunning rosewood frame. Top quality from a Danish-Dutch team!
 
COJA was a Dutch manufacturer of quality furniture based in Culemborg. COJA joined forces with several famous international designers of contemporary furniture.
 
These chairs are in very good to excellent condition with supple leather, virtually unmarked as is the rosewood frame. The elastic webbing is firm ans supportive.
